So now that I have my 1520, I'll be shutting down the ol' Quantum, which has a SIM card but the big one not the micro like the 1520. This means that, whereas before I think I've put old SIM cards into new phones, I can't do that now, but do I need to? My phone says I imported the contacts on 11/26/2010 which is when I got the phone, and I did it again just now for safe measure. Before I go activating the new phone, is there anything I need off the old SIM (or off any part of the old phone, for that matter)?!?!

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

I am unfamiliar with Windows Phone 7. On WP7 do you have the phone linked to an MS account? If it's properly backed up to an MS account it should bring all the pertinent content with it. If not you can use the app "Transfer My Data" (on the 1520) to transfer your contacts and such via Bluetooth. I used it originally when I went form an iPhone 4S to my 920 and it worked very well.
