HTC 8x stuck on 0xc000021a error

Hi.

I'm getting a lot of problems with my 8x. The problem now showed up when I tyied to do a reset my phone. It rebooted and now is stucked on a blue screen as in the Picture Attachment 50469 Attachment 50470

I try to do a hard reset but it Always reboot before reach the exclamation simbol.

The Why I tryed reseting the phone: All my apps were crashing. It all closed right after I opened it, and it was not possible to update do GRD3, because the system said it was up to date, but the OS version was not the latest and the firmware is the same 3030.34...

Any idea of how to fix this?
