In call ear piece volume

I have read a review or two discussing poor in call ear piece volume and the report that the other caller is saying the 1520 user sounds garbled.

is anyone experiencing these issues? Because my main use of the phone is business phone calls, I cannot have either issue.

No clue. My car has Bluetooth and most cities around me have outlawed phone use so, I do not hold my phone to my head in a car.
