1520 GDR3 Accesability Options Missing?

Hi, Part of the reason I upgraded from a L925 was to have earlier access to the accessibility features in GDR3, specifically the new Screen Reader!

It would appear I don't have that option in ease of access, in fact I'm missing all the newer features of the accessibility introduced with GDR3. in vain I've developer unlocked my L1520 and have the very latest OS variant (8.0.10521.155) in the hope this might solve the issue, sadly it didn't, am I alone with this or do you all have the extra option for the screen reader in ease of access? I would be surprised if this was a carrier thing because to remove an aspect as important as this would be quite bizarre.

Can anyone more knowledgeable tell if I've not done something or I have an odd software issue or if this is indeed some carrier restriction on a much needed feature?

Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, do you have the Dev Preview installed on your 925?

If it's there (and it should be), then ATT is just neutering it (as usual.)

If it's the 'Mobile Accessibility' setting you are talking about, I found it in the 'Ease of Access' option in 'Settings".
