Can't stream anymore :(

Hi all,

Newbie here in need of help. Hopefully I can repay any help in the future!

Anyway, I can't stream video or music anymore on mobile internet, but I can on WiFi. I did use my EE 'Fair Use' policy recently, but they tell me it has now been reset.

If I stream on Youtube, I get an error 'Sorry you can't play that file on your phone' - other sites return a 500 error. The music apps say they there is a problem, and to check my connection and try again later.

However, I connect to WiFi and everything is fine.

EE assure my that all restrictions have been taken off my account and say it could be a problem with the simcard, but this has only happened since the Fair Use restriction....

Does anyone have any ideas before I go to the EE shop and lose my beloved 520 for a week or more???

Could you just get a new SIM? I've already gotten new SIMs from my carrier when I've had issues with voice/data on devices. The SIM was swapped in the store, and I didn't have to be without my device at all.
