White horizontal line on boot up screen when charging battery

Hi, I just bought a brand new Lumia 920 last week, and update it to Amber soon after.

There's one thing bother me, though. Whenever my phone runs out of battery and turned off, I charge it and for a brief moment (half a second maybe), on the boot up screen there's this horizontal white line appears on the bottom of the screen when the NOKIA logo came out, then the low battery/charging icon shows up.

Is this normal? I tried it again with the condition my phone still have enough battery but I turned it off, then charge it. The result is the white line doesn't appear.

So my assumption is, that white line only appear when my battery is completely empty.

Anyone experiencing the same? FYI, this also happened before Amber update.

I'm not sure, but I think it is normal.

Yes, happened to my Lumia 920, not an issue really, only saw it twice, but the battery was dead really really dead. after the device woke up, never happened again, maybe because it never reached that point after.
