Touchscreen not working - can't unlock the phone

Help! I have a Lumia 720 with a faulty touchscreen. It doesn't respond properly at all, and appears to be jumping when on the lock screen as if the screen is being touched. I've been advised the device can be repaired under warranty by my network provider O2, but they advised saving the data off the phone first. The problem is, if i connect the device to a pc, I can't access the files on the phone as it requires the phone to be unlocked - because the screen is not repsonding i can't unlock the phone :unhappysweat:. The photos are saved to skydrive and the contacts are synced to my account, but i have videos i have recorded with the phone i want to save before it is wiped. Is there anyway to access the data on the phone?

Are your videos saved on sd card? Did u try to unlock your phone with the camera button?

If your videos are saved on sd card you can connect it to other compatible device to browse its files.

No they aren't saved on sd card, and no, it will not unlock with the camera button.

I got exactly the same problem, I've been trying with cortana but it doesn't work at all, I can use the phone to make calls by cortana without unlock the phone. Please anyone knows how to unlock the bloody phone???
