Why My Devise Lumia 920 is hanging?

i have purchased Lumia 920 on Nov 2013 but it is hanging daily two time in morning and evening may i know the reason

actually it's not normal to hung 2 times a day.
i'm using L920 for a year and it hanged only twice (before GDR2)

We can't really say from just that one thing, as theres many potential things that could be causing a freeze.

Is there any rhyme or reason to the occurrences? Or is it seemingly random?

Is there anything "allowed" under "background tasks" in Settings? (being allowed isnt inherently bad, but it gives us something to work with)

there's even the possibility of it being a hardware defect.

To soft reset it, hold the "VOLUME DOWN" button and the "POWER BUTTON" together until it vibrates.
To hard reset it,
WARNING : IT WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA AND WILL GET YOUR PHONE BACK TO THE FACTORY SETTINGS,
switch off your phone, since it's hung hold down the power button for some time...it will off
Hold the "VOLUME DOWN" button and connect your charger till it shows the exclamation mark "!"
then press the buttons in this order -
1) VOLUME UP
2) VOLUME DOWN
3) POWER BUTTON
4) VOLUME DOWN.

Go to Settings --> swipe to the right to applications --> background tasks and send us a screenshot ( to take a screenshot, hold the windows key and the power button together and you'll find it in your photos under screenshots album)

I have never had any hanging issue on my phone. Did you tried to hard reset the phone and installed latest updates?
