those proxys are not working now adayss or they may not work with black

Fiddler one (by the link) always working (if you have "clear" static ip). And I was able to test Beamer with my phone. It is not working.

You need to replace Manufacturer code from instruction (RM-821_eu_euro1_425) to Manufacturer code that you may see in your phone into

Settings > extras+info > more info

RM-877_nam_att_205 should persist. After that changes you should get something like

if(oSession.uriContains("RM-846_eu_russia_201"))
 {
 oSession.url = oSession.url.Replace("RM-846_eu_russia_201","RM-877_nam_att_205"); 
 }

and RM-846_eu_russia_201 is the Manufacturer code of my phone. It has been changed to RM-846_eu_finland_204 after flashing to Finland version of Amber and then OTA updating it to Black.

That instruction can`t help you to update to Black. It only lets you to install the apps that has been blocked mostly by stupid marketing reasons and sometimes technical (like Nokia Beamer, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas).

Which region should I check for black update,all I know is that it is currently not available for my region because I check daily.

Download and install Nokia Software Updater for Retail and it will show your real Product Code with no matter what the firmware installed on it

For example, mine is 059R4L6

Sure. Just flash your phone with Finland or Netherlands Amber software, choose your language & region then update it to Black via Wi-Fi. You can download firmware through NaviFirm+ or Nokia Data Package Manager.
