Alright, so I've never let my Lumia 820 die all the way, but the other day it did so in my pocket. I try to charge the battery, but whenever I do it gets stuck in a loop of 'Power off>Vibrate>Nokia Logo>Power off>Repeat. Occasionally the battery icon appears after the Nokia logo, but not always. Sometimes it just vibrates and doesn't show anything. It keeps doing this over and over.
Is this normal? Do I just have to wait for it to power on all the way?
I've had it plugged in for over an hour now.
It's not the phone, by the way. I have a spare battery and it works fine. The battery I'm trying to charge was directly from Nokia. The reason I'm not using the spare is because it's the original battery that came with the phone, and it doesn't hold a charge for very long (about half the time of a normal battery.)
