Remaining Battery Life not accurate on Black Update

I used to have 1 day and 7 hours remaining battery life on Amber. Now my battery remaining is acting weird. I fully charged my phone for an hour and I have checked my battery status and it shows 11 hours remaining only. Now I checked it again and it shows 10 days and 11 hours. I go to start menu and rechecked again and it shows 6 days and 11 hours. Am I only the one experiencing this?

Probably your battery history has been lost or something, making it harder for your phone to predict. Give it a couple days and charging cycles for a more accurate description.

Joene90 is most likely correct. Give it a day or two. Or try soft resetting the phone to see if that helps.

Thanks.. I will give it two days.. Damn I do not want to hard reset because I just installed Dungeon Hunter 4, Asphalt 7, and NOVA 3. Anyway by soft reset, do you mean restarting the phone? I already did that.

A soft reset is restarting the phone but I believe it clears some things in the memory or cache. Hold the volume down and power buttons together until it turns off

If you soft reset your phone you will most likely experience the same battery problems because the battery will calibrate again.

Don't worry about what it says. It doesn't mean you will only get 15 hours if it says 15 hours. Just try it out, unplug your phone and see how long it lasts: that's how you measure battery performance; not by some indicator that could be wrong.
