Backing Up Apps

Hello Everyone,

I have a new question for you.

How do I backup apps that I have downloaded to my phone, such as WhatsApp so that when my replacement phone arrives I can just install the backup on to it?

Phone > settings > back up . tap on app list settings > turn on

can we get app list on phone as I know there is purchase history on The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States) , but except this can I get list of my installed apps on phone
