I guess they should since Lumia 521(att version of Lumia 520) have this features , even Lumia 625-720 are getting this so why not Lumia 520 lets wait and hope they bring this nice feature on each hardware

yes I am pretty sure , I just binged some info , the new Lumia 525 has this features (have black update pre-installed ) it has 1gb ram but wait here Lumia 625,720 are also getting this feature and are 512mb devices , basically Lumia 525 is same as Lumia 520 with just extra 512mb ram so yes they should port this feature

Double tap to wake IS available with Lumia Black Update. Glance screen is not.

My friend uses a L525 and with High sensitivity I needed to tap the phone a little hard. Just a light feature touch would not do. So for those of you saying the double tap is not available just try taping your phone a little harder.

You need to update display+touch system app to have double tap to unlock your phone. Use sysapp pusher or lumia system updater
