I solved problem.

Instead "Emulator WVGA 512MB", I selected "Device".

All work fine, but the battery discharges faster.

I gave up on the side-loaded TimeMe clock tile. Too unreliable, at least on the 520 with its limited memory. I use the app store version just to get the "Sleep" (Glance) tile. The time and batt are always right and the weather pretty current. It's much better than the new "Nokia Lockscreen" one which only shows time.

Yes. Mine is still working great. Even the weather updates. As I said, don't bother with the clock tile. It's only a demo for his side-loaded version, which I gave up on after a few weeks. It would often miss updating and be slow by few minutes. Maybe his new WP8.1 version will be better.

I only use it when plugged in to keep the phone from sleeping/locking and for quick battery checks. Also can serve as a bedside clock since there are four brightness levels.
