GDR3 Questions..

Hey guys, first of all hi

As a relative newbie to WP8, i am wondering what the form is with GDR3?

I have a Nokia 620 and am wondering if i install the developers preview thingy, will i be able to put Black on over the top of it as were?
It seems looking around, the answer's yes but just want to make sure....what are the enhancements?
I am looking for customised text tones which i gather are there, and what else may there be?

I so don't want to have a disaster, as my reputation as a breaker of working tech is almost legendary already!

Hey folks, had enough of waiting for Black at the moment except for voiding the warranty are there any dangers re bricking the device installing GDR3?
