People Hub will not open after Black update

I performed the Black update last week and now my People Hub will not open. I have no way to access my contacts now. I have reset the phone four times will no resolve to the issue. I tried the Nokia Restore program that was just released and it failed over and over.

When I touch the People icon the screen acts like it is going to open the app but it just goes back to the start screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

does your contacts open if you go through the phone icon then click on people?

No. It does the same thing from there also.

If someone calls me or texts me I can press their name and see all their contact info so I know they are all still there. I just cant find a way into my contacts again.

On the other side though, if I start to text or email someone, it wont auto locate a contact as it used to.

When you tried the Nokia restore program were you given an option to downgrade to amber?

No. It shows only one file that it is going to download and install. I wasn't able to choose anything else. I wish I could have.
