ATIV S taking 16:9 photos, possible?

I would like to take 16:9 photos with my ATIV S and couldn't find the setting. Any idea? Thanks.

Does it take photos in 4:3 or 15:9 at default?

Because, frankly, neither makes sense as a default. By the way, you should already be shooting at 16:9, since it is the default option. If not, try checking if you could shoot like that on other camera apps.

I explored the ROM and found that 16:9 was disabled by Samsung. And attempts to enable it would only cause the camera app to crash. The only available 16:9 res photos are in 2MP which is just ridiculous

Thank you. No wonder I couldn't find setting to take photo at 16:9.
