So it randomly just shuts down? Or does it stay on for a period of time then shuts off?

Do you have a case on your phone? Sometimes a tight case can cause havoc with too much pressure on the buttons. Just a thought.

my lumia 1020 is not turning on.
when i reset the phone from keys it vibrates but nothing comes on screen.
Does any one having the same prb????/

Try a factory reset. Also let us know what firmware you're running?

I used to have random reboots on my Lumia 920, got it changed twice and same problem. Ended up getting the Note 2 instead but my Lumia 1020 has been as stable as a rock.

i did a factory reset.it vibrates but nothing on the screen
