Feeling very unconnected is it hardware?

Hello All...

Just go my phone a few days ago, Im new to Win phones so Im clueless big time.

My problem is my work does not support wi fi for Widows phone so I thought now worries I have LTE but my phone will not connect Im left unable to do anything online even when Im at the park across the street from my house I have no connection to the interwebs

Its bumming me out to the point I want to take it back witch sucks being I love the screen and the cam....

HELP a noob please...

I would try to connect somewhere different to a WiFi network and install all updates. From there on your access points will be updated as well and will may be work with your sim.

I have had it connected to my home WiFi did all the updates and still seems to not get any connection unless Im on a WiFe network..
