My 1520 is acting weird. Not sure if it's hardware or software...

... but, I'm leaning towards hardware.

In the last week or so it's intermittently been doing this thing where it just spontaneously taking itself to search as if the capacitive button has been pressed and as of yesterday it's doing the same with the voice assistant. It doesn't do it as it sits unused but, it does it during or right after it's been used. I've done a bunch of soft resets and finally did a hard reset on it a couple days ago and no help. I'm thinking I need to get it replaced.

I'd jump on getting it replaced.

Did you try cleaning the phone? I'm not sure if something could be on the screen that triggers the buttons.

I'd say it's the screen. The capacitive buttons on my old Lumia 800 were way too sensitive after I replaced the screen. If I was you i'd get it looked at.

yeah, I'll get to my local device service center ASAP. They replaced my 920 without question so, hopefully they won't give me grief with the 1520.
