i have just had my Lumia 1020 for just a month & 3 weeks but the hardware key buttons by the sides feels like i have being using this phone the past 4years 
they are very soft when compared with friend's lumia 1020 too which looks more solid the keys. Also i noticed pressing the side of the body between volume rocker & power button it clicks in and out but withother any physical effect on the screen or stuff. It just looks like my phone wasnt properly screwed tightly or something .And i bought it brand new with camera grip attached though in ukraine but its Australian CV. Anyone with same issues ?
N.b apart from the am loving everyother thing about the phone and not looking back on switching to windows
