Hello everyone. So up until two weeks ago i had the nokia lumia 521 on t-mobile and although it was a low end phone i didn't have that many complaints.

Fast forward to last thursday and i now own a htc 8x that i bought on ebay. The description said it was unlocked but i still want to stay with t-mobile.
So far im ok with the phone. it has a front facing camera which i have been using since my friends like to snapchat a lot. My only complaint is that there is no wi-fi calling.
Which brings me to my couple of questions.

How can i get the wi-fi calling app? So far there have been articles online to get around to get it but they have not worked which brings me to my next question.

    I have OS VERSION: 8.0.10327.77
    FIRMWARE VERSION: 3030.0.34101.531

are those numbers current? when i was digging through ways on turning on the wi-fi calling i just noticed that the firmware version number was different.

thanks in advance for any info =]

I don't think you can get an wifi calling unless if you load it with the tmobile rom. You can look around the forum to see how to do this. It isn't easy and could brick your device.
