Microsoft account and instagram. HELP!

Do you know that idiom 'when it rains, it pours'? Well that's my situation right now. Firsty i tried downloading an app on the WP store and i got a screen telling me to update my password, fine i do that. After doing that i try to download an app again and a get a error message saying my password and username don't match, when i try to login again the login screen doesn't do anything. It doesn't tell me if my password/username are correct. But when i login to my Microsoft account online it works. Its really frustrating. And my instagram wont show me any notifications, when i go to the notification section it says 'there is no activity to show at the moment' even though i know that my photos have likes. I tried login out and in and it still wont work. I wanted to delete and reinstall instagram but i wont be able to download it cos THE WP STORE IS REJECTING MY USERNAME/PASSWORD even though i know for a fact that they are correct. Someone help please! :'(

Tried rebooting or cleaning temp files in settings?

In settings, try changing the region to "United States", restart the phone and see if you can log in after that...

I tried, still not working. After clicking on signin the login screen doesn't do anything.
