Is the Icon GSM unlocked?

Hey everyone,

I remember Dan mentioning that it was locked to VZW in his video review but I just wanted to have some owners confirm, particularly since that's out of the ordinary for VZW flagships recently. Mostly, would a US T-Mo SIM work with it out of the box. Thanks!

Yes. I saw video on YouTube - can't find link - where guy demonstrated using Icon with both AT&T and T-Mobile sims. Don't think you get LTE - just HSPA+.

Yes it is. Unclear about T-Mobile LTE (should work with proper APN settings, but no one has confirmed it does yet, I may try tomorrow), and will get T-Mobile HSPA+ in refarmed areas.

Great, thanks for the info! I am on the WPC app on Android and the forum search function...leaves something to be desired =/
