UK information in my new 1520 - where to set it back?

So I just got a red 1520 and I love the phone. But I think the phone must have had a previous owner. I live in the 'States but I noticed that the UK keyboard was downloaded. I was able to remove that and use an English-US keyboard, but I'm still noticing that the word "Favorites" is spelled "Favourites". There are a couple of other words that equally reflect a UK type spelling (like "Add to favourites"). I know this is a small issue, but it's bothering the heck out of me. The regional settings are set to English-US.

Any ideas of where I check to see if a UK setting is still enabled?

Go to setting then region + language then change to US if it set to UK.
