Stuck on charging screen

Hello,
I'm proud user of Lumia 520 for few months. Yesterday I fell asleep in the bus (520 was in my pocket, with about 60% of the battery). When I woke up I could not turn on Lumia. When I came home I plugged it in wall charger, since then it's showing screen like this:

(this is 920, but the screen looks the same)

What should I do?

Have you tried a soft reset? That is holding both power and volume down key for 15 seconds. I am not sure whether with L520 you can pull the battery, try to take the battery out and put it back then power you lumia back on.

Should be covered under warranty, right? Unless you bought used.

Yes, it's covered under warranty, but @NokiaCCE suggested me on twitter to contact Nokia Care center, so I'll try to do that.
