I've got my Lumia 820 sincs about a year and today dropped it by accident, but that normally didn't harm it (and I dropped it not too high, about .5 meters only). Now, some parts of the screen look like they are covered by ink, but the screen seems to work below and the blueish color is like a layer. Is that a known issue and if so, does somebody know what exactly causes the blue color so I can report the details to Nokia?

You have damaged the Amoled screen...take it to you nearest Nokia care center...they will replace it

Physical damages aren't covered under warranty !!

sent either from my Nokia Lumia 820 or HTC Desire HD
