Will the Lumia Icon work with Bell in Canada

I've searched and was unable to find any definitive answers. I have some MS store credit, and was looking at purchasing the icon:

Will this work with the Bell network in Canada? Has anyone personally had success with this? I don't see anything stating that it's locked.

Will my mobile phone or smartphone work on the Bell network?

I doubt my answer will help you, but.. I'm using a 925 in south-am right now, with a non-us sim obviously and my phone is working fine.. the only feature that i do mot have is the mms, but that doesn't really bother me.. in the end you might also just want to ask a Bell rep for some feedback

Yep, on HSPA at least. In fact I think Verizon sells phones with their GSM side unlocked for roaming outside the US.
