Lumia 1020 says it's a Nokia 909

Hi all,

I purchased a new L1020 yesterday as a second phone along with my 920. When I boot it up I couldn't get black update, so I downloaded Nokia Software Updater for Retail and let it update my phone.

At first I didn't noted it, but I just saw the About screen and it's telling me it's a Nokia 909. I'm just wondering, what the *** happened?

Anybody knows about it?

So 909 was the code name for lumia 1020

Ok, I'll be able to sleep. Even though I purchased at my phone operator, I was thinking that NSUFR messed up my phone. Great to know it was right and I was not. Thanks!!!

The 1020 is the Nokia 808 Pureview successor (41MP). It's internal name was 909 and as a matter of fact, it shows as 909.
