Can someone help me? I had the 1520 for about a month and a half now, and the first few weeks went by fine. I got a problem with the SD card reader not recognizing the device.
I sent it in for repairs and was told that they were going to replace my phone instead of repairing. I told them my phone was unlocked and needed a phone that I can unlock again. They said it should not be a problem.
I received my replacement phone (new phone, great screen as always) but the IMEI code came back "not clean" which means that which means either the phone is still active with AT&T, or it has been attempted to be unlocked more than 3 times.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Help please! I have been without the 1520 for 2 weeks now (7 days with Nokia, 3 to try and get it unlocked). I will be calling Nokia tomorrow to hopefully find a resolution to this problem. Any ideas?
