Help needed to recover my lost contacts saved in Google in Lumia 520

I have lost my contacts which I had saved in google option of saving contacts...I can't remember the password of google to sync it with my phone settings:unhappy:

Un fortunately the only way to recover it is to go to your Google login page and click on forgot password. No other way. Change the password and then use it to sync again.
