Hi how are All there....
. i want to know some thing about Nokia Lumia 620...first is My here App like Here map,Here Drive etc is not working.it's crush when i tap on it.nd just just screen saplash....second thing..i want to know I update my cellphone to Windows 8.1 now it's 8.1..some things added in it like VPN,cortana and many more.I want to know how to config VPN???and how to open youtube through this VPN??and that is cortana.PLEASE HELP ME..

About the crash, try this:
1. Hold Power and Volume Down button together for 10 seconds and phone should restart. Try using the apps. If problem persists,
2. Uninstall the apps. Restart your phone as in step 1. Reinstall the apps.

As i mention i did everythik including hard reset restall etc etc but problem persist
