Camera app problem

After 8.1 update camera app wont start, anyone have similar problem? Can i uninstall(and reinstall again) original camera app?
Now im using nokia camera app, but its worse than the original one.

Try soft resetting the phone.
(Volume down with power button together hold till device shuts off and restarts.)

My bad should have read your posting again.

Try this if you have Cortana active:
Open Cortana
Tap the microphone
Ask her by voice to open the camera app or say open Nokia Camera

Delete the app and install it again. Or try Nokia Camera Beta. That's the one I use.

I cant delete the original camera app.

Try nokia camera beta. Seems to take better photos and white balance is improved.
I have both installed.

Microsoft Camera smokes Nokia Camera in every test ive done.

Try to change the region. Camera doesn't work for me if I use my regional (Serbia) settings. When I change it to UK it works.

I did it. I changed the region to USA... And now works.
