Need help with sms issues..

I sent my nephew a MMS and SMS text today and he had no problem receiving them, but I never receive his responses? Or other friends that utilize AT&T network?

I never had this problem on Android or Apple units using Verizon, what's going here?

Did you previously have an iPhone? If so, did you disable iMessage?

The Iphone was sold months ago and I completed a hard reset when shipped out. I owned an android after that with no SMS issues but owned a 928 that had the same SMS problem. I will call the above number for a starting point.

Many thanks for your input ......I contacted Apple support and they instructed me to enter a text code and now problem is history :smile:
