Replacement Screen for Icon?

Hi all,

Sadly, my wife dropped her screen face first on our stone floor and completely cracked the screen. Doing some sleuthing on web did not yield any results. I was thinking parts4repair.com would have it but alas, they do not. Would anyone happen to know where I may be able to purchase one? I just need the exterior screen as the internal one is seemingly unscathed. Of course, this is one of the few times I do not elect insruance

If it's anything like the 928, the screens are very expensive and very hard to find because the glass is laminated to the lcd. I don't think there is even a takeapart video for the Icon, at least nothing I have found. Sorry to hear about your loss.

That's a bummer! I found some shady looking one on eBay for around $200. At that point, I might as well bid on a new phone!

I dont think you're going to see replacement parts until the 930 is announced.

there is a link to the 928's screen, probably around the same cost if not more for the icon. Maybe get in a chat and see if they can find one for you.

The fastest/cheapest way will probably be buying one with a bad ESN on ebay.
