NL820 not recognizing the sim

Hi all,
the sim on the phone is not recognized by the phone anymore. The Phone takes in other sims and the sim still works in other phones. anyone came over that before?

This used to happen with me too. I'm assuming you tried reinserting the SIM. Try to get the SIM replaced, if that doesn't work then you should contact Nokia care.

Are you sure you inserted the SIM card tray all the way into the phone and properly? I would try again a couple of times before panicking.

Pretty sure this has been done also since another sim was tested properly. I also believe the NL820 doesn't have a tray since it has a removable cover.
