I just saw this video that was uploaded 11 days ago about a Lumia 630 w/ Digital TV support.

It's good that this was made in time for this year's World Cup and I hope that Nokia would launch this too in the Philippines, border nations of Brazil and in Japan (despite that Nokia is an unknown brand there).

This variant of Lumia 630 uses the Brazilian modification of the Japanese ISDB-T DTV standard.

Sadly, your Lumia 1320 can't receive DTV broadcasts since it does not have a built in ISDB-T receiver.
The Brazilian variant of Lumia 630 (RM-979) is the only Windows Phone device that has this function.

specifically the ISDB-T original system uses MPEG 2 the variant made by Brazil is MPEG4 H264 same as video for 1 second ( low definition) signal of the hierarchical broadcast system 11 segments from 12 segments for fixed television (480-576-720-1080) and the 1 last segment is dedicated for an video of 320*240 in mepg4 VC1 and AAC LC - the video for tv are in H264 and AAC SBR HE profiles which is not mobile phones that can hold such level of complexity of codec the japanesse original standard uses an MPEG2 AAC LC as codec 320*240 resolution that only variation, the system uses COFDM plus their respectives systems for error corrections like burst and puncturing ones techniques.
