In getting duplicate images and videos in my 520 ,if i delete one image or video the copied video file shows error as the file cannot be played on your phone,can any body help me ?plz!

I've had the same issue, leave the duplicates on your Phone.
It's some kind of ghost image and if you delete one of them the complete image or video will be gone.
They dont take up extra space, so leave them for now untill there is an update.

This usually occurs when the phone is not allowed to index the files properly (for example, when changing memory cards). I've had this problem once, and the only fix was to do a factory reset.

This vanished after first update when I was on WP8. You can try doing a factory reset.
