Can't download any app :(

I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 and I created a Microsoft Account and signed in.. synced and all that but whenever I'm going to download Whatsapp or any other app they are showing:

The Microsoft account service is unavailable at the moment. Try again later.

I've been trying for two days now and it's not working.
Please help :crying::crying:

Are you using WiFi or mobile network?

If you are using WiFi, have you tried mobile network? (and vice-versa)

Check your date and time if they are set properly.
Turn off set automatically in date and time.

How fast is your mobile network? Are you using HSPA+, 3G, EDGE, GPRS? Your mobile network might be too slow.

Should be fast enough to download small apps.

Trust me, I was on EDGE half the time on my 620. That said, you'll have to live with app pages refusing to load, which should prevent you from downloading.
