Yellow patches on photos?

Hi all,

I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 820. However, when I take pictures and view them in the 'camera roll', yellow patches appear at random areas of my photos (see attached pics). Weirdly, the patches aren't visible in the short preview of your photo you first see after it is taken. Can somebody explain why this is happening and how to fix it?

Your house is haunted, quickly hard reset your phone and try again! Go into your Settings -> About -> Reset your Phone. If that doesn't work, it may be hardware related, and a new phone's in order. :\

Memory issue.. Change that phone
