[L925] WP 8.1 GPS Issues.

Since updating my Lumia 925 to 8.1 the GPS has been off. I have tried resetting and not using the backups a couple of times but it still does not work right. Any other suggestion?

I had similar issues after the recent update on my lumia 920 and 520. Hard reset didn't solved the issue so I tried to downgrade it to windows phone 8.0 via Nokia recovery tool. Finally I was able to use here maps and here drive.

Thanks Himanshu. I was hoping I could get it fixed and still use 8.1, but I haven't found a fix yet. I may have to revert to 8.0 unless anyone else has any suggestions.

I am having GPS problems on my Lumia 928 after the 8.1 update and tried hard resetting 2 times and 2 times using Lumia software recovery but did not go back to 8.0. I will try that next time.
I called Verizon support who called in Nokia Support but my phone is out of warranty (more than a year) and thus they washed off their hands by saying I am out of warranty!!!

So bad of Verizon and Nokia, it was the SW update that caused it and they should support!

how did you downgrade, I am unable to find the version to downgrade?
My Lumia 928 GPS is not longer working as expected and need to fix it. As it is out of warranty both Verizon and Nokia said they can't help even though the problem happened only after the update!
