Cant decide on Lumia 520 or 625

Hi, As the title says I just cant decide which phone to buy.

I can get the Lumia 520 for €100 (?80, $135) and I have read positive reviews about it.

I can get the Lumia 625 for €170 (?136, $230) the most common problem I read about for this phone is its bad display, I have seen the phone in person and the quality does not really look that bad, but some people have reported light leaks and faulty LCD panels.

This will be my first time on Windows Phone, I like both devices but I want to know which is better for the prices that I have.

EDIT: Lets say the discount prices become available to me, Lumia 625 for €100 and Lumia 520 for €80, which one would be the better bang for the buck?

OK, well here's a quick rundown of differences from my memory.

The 520 and 625 have the same/similar cheap display type which is subpar compared to the rest of the lineup, but still decent though.
They have the same pixel count, but the 520's display is much smaller than the 625's. (4" vs. 4.7") Meaning the 625's display will be larger, but not as sharp.
worth noting the 625 has higher quality display glass. (gorilla glass 2, compared to the 520's no-name) curved too

The 520 has an easily replaceable battery at 1430 (I think) mAh battery.
The 625 has a much larger battery at 2000 mAh, but it isn't replaceable.

Both have similar silicon under the hood, but the 625's beats a bit faster.
Both have SD.

The 625 has LTE I believe and a camera flash. Don't know about a front-facing camera, but I know the 520 doesn't have one.

Thanks for the info, with the phones available to me and my budget those two are the best I think, I was wondering, since the 625 is newer will it be more future-proof, will it be more likely to receive future updates (past wp8.1)?

I wouldn't really think of it from an age standpoint, but from a generational/hardware spec standpoint.
I don't think either device will be ditched for a while, but my inclination is to believe that they will lose support around the same time, having similar (not too hot) specs and being of the 8.0 generation.
So you should just be looking at the phones as they are IMO. Is the price hike of the 625 worth the benefits?

I kinda like the big screen of the 625, ive never had anything larger than 4 inches (haha) before, but for the extra money Im not sure whether its worth it. I will probably go to a phone shop and have a look at both and play around a bit.

Ive seen the 625 on offer for €99 and the 520 for €79, those prices might come back.
