I'm really confused between 720,635,625 and 525, help me choose between or any other in this range.

go for Lumia 720 if you want great camera , light weight , NFC , battery life. 512MB ram so don't except high end games on this phone.
635-I am not sure about this one but its a quad core phone with 512MB ram , basic 5MP camera , no front camera. But it comes with windows phone 8.1+nokia cyan update. Battery life is decent.
625-if you want a big phone(phablet type ), 512MB ram , basic 5mp camera, battery life is great , poor resolution screen might be a con.
525-if you a want a phone with 1GB ram go for this one , can play most of the games available on windows phone store but it wont be as smooth as Lumia 920/925 because of processor and GPU. Battery life is somewhat same as f Lumia 520.no NFC and front facing camera.
