I have a dilemma in picking between these phones. 625 has bigger screen, ffc and flash but no clearblack and the reviews says that the screen sucks so much. LTE is not a problem since the internet here in my country doesn't reach that high. Should i go 630? Is it better? The prices of 625 is 8k php ($182) and 630 is 7.3k php ($166)

Hey I will suggest you go for lumia 630 because it has faster quad core processor and comes with windows phone 8.1+Nokia cyan firmware update (lumia 625 will get all of these later this summer ). Also the display is not that bad on 625 but due to the size , pixels are clearly visible. If you want front facing camera , NFC and don't care about screen size and quality then go for lumia 625.

I basically asked the same question a few days ago. Check the thread about the 630 "display problem" below.

Oops. My bad. Didn't see it. But thanks anyway. I read the thread and I tend to go to 625. Maybe the reviews I read overexaggerates the problem of the screen of 625. I'll just buy my mom Lumia 630 if I can't find 620's here in our place.

Its simple, if you want some fast phone go on 630 but if you like pictures big size display front camera all that stuff choose 625. I have nokia lumia 625 and I love it I just waiting for update to 8.1

I miss the front camera, but otherwise I am happy with the 630. Nice budget phone.

Here in the UK, the price of the 625 dropped to below the 630 two days after I bought my 630!

If LTE doesn't matter to you, then I think the choice comes down to:

- Screen. If you've read All About Windows Phone recently, you'll see they have found out the ClearBlack on the 630 isn't "true" ClearBlack with the double polarized layers. However, in my opinion it still looks better in sunlight than the 625 screen.

- Size. I've found that the 625 is just that bit too large to use one handed. You might find that this isn't a problem for you.

- Cameras. The 625 camera doesn't have such good white balance, but that's a software thing and might be fixed in the Cyan firmware. The flash and FFC might be important to you.

- Processor. This is total speculation, but the S400 chip in the 630 might be supported in future releases of Windows Phone for longer than the S4 chip in the 625. The S400 is also 40% faster in multithreaded apps.

- Additional features. Remember, The 630 doesn't have a compass, so no City Lens. It also doesn't have a light sensor, and manually changing the brightness in Action Centre can get annoying.

I've just returned my 630 and swapped it for a 625. I thought with it supposed 'Clear Black' display and quad core process the 630 would be the better phone. However the 630 lagged and stuttered like I've never seen on WP before and the display was terrible. I've updated my 625 to 8.1 and it fly's and to my eyes the display has better colours and easier to read.

Technically the 625 has two krait cores might actually be faster

Yes, one Krait core in the 625 is faster than one A7 core in the 630. But it's not twice as fast, not even nearly twice as fast, whereas the 630 has twice as many cores in total.

So yeah, an app that is singlethreaded will run faster on a 625, but any app that runs with more than two threads will be faster on the 630. Even the simplest apps are dual threaded these days.
