A weird volume problem on my Lumia 520

When I play music on my Lumia 520 using my headphones, the volume continuously starts decreasing from 30 to 10 or 11. Every time I increase it to 30, it goes down again automatically. It just started happening from today. Anyone else ever faced this? Soft reset didn't help either.

Me too playing music wearing headphones, volume gets decreased to 15, as system automatically decrease it. so louder volume at high level would affect ears and phone speakers.

There is no way to adjust volume while hearing with headphones.

Never had any problem like that. My only problem is that whem I plugged in my headset, the music keeps bursting through the speakers.
