I'm a previous Lumia 920 user and I've gotten used to wireless charging. Needless to say, I was disappointed when I realized there are no off-the-shelf solutions for Qi wireless charging on the 1520. So, I came up with a workaround I thought I'd share.
First, pick up this wireless charging module from Amazon.

Next, get a case for your phone. I chose this one since it didn't come too far down on the bottom of the phone, as it could interfere with the charging module.

Next, just insert the charging module, and fold it back over the device, then snap the case over it. I've attached some example photos. The USB connector sticks out just slightly more than the case, but I don't mind it. Its a quick and easy way to get Qi charging on the 1520, and its cheap, all under $25.
PS, I can also confirm the
SanDisk Ultra 128GB MicroSDXC card works in the 1520.
