How Is The Battery Life?

I asked questions about the camera a few days ago. Still debating about making the jump to a windows phone but still have a few more questions. I am narrowing my choices between the Lumia 920, 925 or 1020. How is the battery life on the Lumia 925?

I have a 925 and the battery is just good. You can last a perfectly fully day when used moderately. I would be careful about using netflix though because that drains the battery. My battery was great before updating to 8.1 Dev but it's improving slowly. And trust me, you should Definitely get a Lumia 925, it looks amazing, it's fast, and just overall a great phone

Pics is no problems, games also no issues but your battery will run down if you play games for a few hours non stop

Not much of a gamer. How about talking on the phone? Does it drain a lot of battery compared to other phones? I read that the Lumia 925 battery isn't very good and was curious. Still weighing my options.

The battery is decent. I have noticed it was better on my 925 before I updated to 8.1, but I can generally still get a full day of use out of it. Of course, there are those off days. For instance, last Wednesday, the battery went from 100% to in the 70s in only two hours. The phone also got kinda warm. I think Words with Friends was the culprit in both cases, though.

I would say yes because my battery was noticeably better on Windows Phone 8. It's not horrible, mind you. I can get through a full day with battery life, but I wouldn't expect to have, say, 80% left when I go to bed for a full day's use the next day. Maybe the official 8.1 release will sort it out.

I've had my 925 since release. I like it, but I'm now leaning towards getting the 1520 for the bigger screen. Since updating to 8.1 I must concur with metalchick719. Prior to 8.1, my battery life was better and the unit does feel like it heats up more than in the past.
