Internet Sharing

Hello friends, I have a ATIV SE, active in Mexico (Telcel), internet sharing, says I have to go to verizon to activate page, anyone know how to solve this issue?

the published method does not work for ATIV SE wp 8.1 Previus
Neither works for Lumia Icon wp 8.1

We only had to call Verizon, the first time to activate internet sharing. After that, it worked every time we need it, just by clicking /tapping the ON switch.
