Turkish user downloads lumia update which turns out not to be cyan

I LİVE IN TURKEY AND MY FRİEND SHOWED ME HIS 1520 UPDATED CYAN. ALSO SOME WP SİTES FROM TURKEY SAYS 1520 İS GETTING CYAN TODAY.

That's how it's meant to be. The Cyan update (for those running WP8.0) is WP8.1 - those of us on the preview will just get the firmware side of the Cyan update as we have the bulk of it already.

I believe the surprise is that they got the update. Not that it comes with WP8.1

I trust an image of the actual phone showing the information as in the past screenshots of extras+ info can really be 'shopped to show colours like daffodil and magenta, amongst others that I have seen on another thread here.

Thi check ... If it was cyan or not go check at extras and info if it is cyan it will be written there Lumia cyan

That's just a normal ROM via Software Updater. It's the latest WP8 ROM for 1520...... Doh!!!!! LOL....

I am Turkish guy who live in NY. I read the article. it seems today cyan unveiled for some 1520s in Turkey. some of them got the update already.

v1028.3562.1402.001??? That's weird.

It's the same firmware I have on my 1520. Namely Black....

Even if you already have it installed, the NSU will still offer this to flash, as it is the current latest version.
