SD card contents are getting duplicated.

Whatever i transfer from pc to sd card, copies of same files are made. If I delete a duplicate file, i am losing the original file too. Even the pics taken by main camera are also being duplicated. Its really frustrating to see several copies of same file(pics, videos, music). Plz help me to resolve this problem. I hav tried everything like rebooting, formatting the sd card etc but all in vain.

It's is caused bcoz you didn't use unbound SD card from the Mobil when you removed memory card! Always unbound memory card from Mobil before removing this problem won't appear again.

Won't work, as those files aren't duplicated in the card. It's just the OS that shows them twice or more. When you try and delete one of the duplicate files, both get deleted.

i too have t same problem,.... I asked nokia care people they said "ur using old memory card " that's t problem it seems..,

You are using WP8, right?. In that case hard resetting or upgrading to 8.1 will help you.

That's just rubbish. This is a widespread issue on WP8 and it happens on all types of memory cards. Nokia Care is just brushing you off.
